I have a RRA AR-15 with a ffp Weaver Tactical 3x15x50mm scope its glass is good. Also a Win Mod 70 laminate stock #4 contour Brux bbl 7mm WSM . With these two rifles I'll be shooting steel in club matches all the distances are in meters . I need a new scope for my Mod 70 and maybe a new stock. What advantage does a FFP Mill/Mill give me over a SFP MOA in these matches ? I'm thinking either buying a SWFA-SS 5x20x50mm FFP or a Sightron 6x24x50MM LRMOA SFP scope ? Also for a stock a Mcmillan A-3 sporter or Mcmillan Marksman . If I draw a elk and/or deer tag I'm going to want to hunt with it

So the soul advantage of a FFP over a SFP is ranging on any power right ? Does the reticle enlarge bigger than a tin can at 400 yds ? My Weaver FFP doesn't,but at 3x the cross hairs are thin .
