Yes, and typically Yes- but could depend on who's A5.
MTU is just slightly larger than an M40, in most cases, not enough to make a difference in barrel channel.

Thank you sir.. you are correct. Spoke with bugholes, said I won't notice a difference using hv. It's a McMillan a5.
