Anyone have any experience with Wilson Combats SS match barrels? they seem ti have a great selection in lengths and profiles especially for the 300BLK. Nicely priced I might add.

I have an 18" on my 6.8 upper and I love it! It's super consistent, likes a ton of different rounds and shoots great hot. I'm building two 16" recon 5.56 uppers for friends because they like mine so much. Ive never heard anything bad about the either. I will use one for my next build too. I hope that helps

Thanks for the info and any feedback is appreciated, I do have a couple of questions though if you don't mind. How many rounds have you had through the pipe and when you say the barrel is hot how many fired rounds in a time period? Thanks in advance. I see your from Sacramento, you wouldn't happen to be a member of the Sacramento valley shooting club.

I'm not a member, Ive actually never even been. I'm not really a fan of shooting ranges but I have heard that place is pretty legit. And the most I've put through it is 40 rounds in a little more than 10min. I only had two ten round mags so it was a pain in the ass but I wanted to get it warm. I have 320 rounds through it now I'd like to put a lot more through but they're not exactly giving that shit away for free lol.

I just put together a 300 blackout using the wilson combat match fluted barrel and it shoots great. Cycles subs and supers no problem with or without the suppressor.

Wilson Combat's "match" barrels are made by ER Shaw...same company model 1 sales uses.
WOA uses Wilson Arms(not Wilson Combat) blanks to make their own barrels...they are lapped, also some Shilen.

ER Shaw barrels aren't bad, just as good as every other mid priced barrel out there.

Glad to hear this. I have an 11.3" wilson combat barreled upper in 300blk waiting for a Form 1.
I'll post back in about 2 weeks. Hopefully my Form 1 will be back by then.

Didn't say they don't shoot well but, they are not a match grade barrel.

I've never had one of their barrels but I can speak highly of their customer service. They've definitely turned me into a repeat customer.
