My Christmas present from my brother-in-law. Made in 1913 he shot it as a teenager.

That is a nice one, most you see are pretty beat up. Great rifles though. Is that one US marked?

No, I don't believe so. I'm going to make a nice mount for the family room to show case it.

Verify the chamber .22 Short or .22 long, not the same as the .22 Long Rifle. Or have a gunsmith look at it before shooting modern .22LR

The barrel says 22 short.

I did not think they were chambered for anything else, but wasn't sure.
