Winchester 94 gunsmith in texas???

picked up a Winchester 94 that’s not running very smooth . i plan on giving it to my dad for his b-day but would like to have a gunsmith here in texas go through it etc... any recommendations around Austin to south tx ? Any help would be appreciated.
