On my to-do list was to finish my Vietnam era Model 70 Sniper Rifle.

This is a Winchester Model 70 in 30-06. I use to have a web site that sold inleted Marksman stocks, but that computer crashed and I can't find anyone who sells the Marksman stock in Wood.

Does anyone know where I can get a WOOD M-70 Marksman Stock.

Thanks

Re: Winchester Marksman Stocks

Might give Steve McGee in Kansas a call.Google McGee Stocks-he made me a new one 10 years or so ago to replace mine that finally split through the wrist area.He does fine work. barry

Re: Winchester Marksman Stocks

I bought one from Richards Gunstocks. I'll admit that I had some work to do to clean it up, and that the wood was extremely porous, but in the end I like the way it turned out.

Thanks, Richard's Gunstock is the link I had on my other 'puter.

They have the stock I want. Now to get that puppy ordered before I loose it again.
