Can a Winchester Model 70 in .22-250 be rebarreled to .260 Remington? If "yes", then with no changes other than the barrel?

Bolt face is correct.

Will need a different mag box as the factory 22-250 mag box is shorter and set up for the larger amount of slope in body of 22-250 compared to 260. If you need one, I'm 99+% sure I have one here I could let go for a 308.

If going to a CDI bottom metal/AICS or Alpha mags then you would be good to go.

The extractor will need work as will the magazine and if this is a pre 64 then the feed lips will have to be altered.I would find a good smith unless you are familiar with this type of mod.The bonus is if its a pre 64 then you have that great feed they are known for.
