I am in the process of getting started on my winter project build. I wanted to get some opinions on barrel/suppressor combos. I an wanting to get the suppressor ordered so I can hopefully get it in time for the spring. Here is what I am debating:

    TBAC Ultra 7 on a 22" barrel

    or

    TBAC Ultra 9 on a 20" barrel

Also, The suppressor will also be used on an AIAX 6.5CM and I plan on geeting a 6CM barrel for the AI.

90% of my shooting with the 6.5Cm gas gun will be 600-800yds. However, I'd like to be able to occasionally stretch its legs to 1200, hopefully.

An adjustable gas block and heavy silent captured spring are going to be absolute requirements for a gas gun running a TBAC can. I would go with the TBAC 7 and a 22" JP 6.5 Creed barrel. I'd assume, and I'm sure TBAC will chime in, the TBAC 7 has less back pressure than the 9. I strongly favor less back pressure over a slight noise reduction in a gas gun.
