She did pretty well. 4 or 5 hits, punctured lungs, stomach, and liver. Better than many officer involved shootings. People don't always go down like a video game, and bullets aren't death rays.
People dont always go down until the blood pressure is near zero and the O2 in the brain decreases. If you don't hit the CNS, or break a major bone causing a mobility problem, some have the ability or will to stay in the fight.
Yes, all the more reason for high cap mags. That said, I think she did very well. Thankfully the criminal was alone.

Also the type of ammo she used. Wonder if it was ball rounds which of course wouldn't be that devastating.
