Ordered a McMillan STAR in 6.5 CM in April and received a message from them today saying it was ready to ship. Didn't expect to have it until November.

Sounds cool and can't wait to see pics! However, it also pisses me off, since I ordered a stock from them, which they said would take five months to build and here I sit, a few days short of six months later, with nothing.
I know how that feels. Ordered an A3 in October and finally arrived the end of July. Will post pics once it is setup.
I wish you hadn't told me that! Hopefully I get it before it starts snowing again. Which, up here, could be soon.

That's nothing. I ordered a barrel and was told 15-16 weeks (~3 months). I got the barrel 5 months later with issues. Took about half a month to get it shipped (don't ask...) and a month and a half to get the barrel back to me. Total time to get it up and running: 7 months. I'm sure there are guys on here that could top mine, as well.
Oh, but McMillan was very prompt with my A5. Something like 4 days short of the promised 4 month wait.

I only shot it a bit, but at 1100 yards with factory ammo it was a hammer.
I am in the process of swapping the scope, needed to add a 30MOA Spuhr so the 4-16x had full elevation, so I need to head back out with it.
