With a plane, yes. People who jump off cliffs and/or out of perfectly servicable airplanes have a few of their plug wires loose, I think.

They call it proximity flying and those guys definately have balls of steel and mad skillz.

Guys are really pushing the envelope with the wingsuit jumping.

And I'll bet you it's just as pretty when seen out through the window...

I've dangled my feet over the Grand Canyon, and flown through it in a big Cessna. That's plenty good enough for me. Youse young whippersnappers can tempt fate all you like; I'm old, and I like that just the way it is.

You'll never know until you are tumbling through the air. With the ground 12,000 feet below you, and 150 mph wind in your face.

You can stay airborne for almost 4 MINUTES from 13,000 where as free fall is 90 seconds max.

I would absolutely LOVE to do that from the top of Mt Rainier, holy COW that would be awesome!!!!!!!

My g/f is thinking of doing that after she passes her class A license test...

This seems to be ht highest performing wing-suit that's powered. Too bad about the poor photography.
