Thanks, Al. I'm going to assume the 285 bullets that were in that box are on the floor of some USPS distribution center, or some postal worker's pockets. What bugs me is if that box opened accidentally, someone closed it up and said, "Good enough," and shipped it on. Let me know what your local PO says.
