Try Discord reloading page and you might see some when one of the reloading sites puts it up or a FB group named 6.5 PRC shooters, I've been able to pick it up when people have posted on these.
For 'reasonable' pricing, I just went with backordering from EuroOptic and Creedmoor Sports. The former requires payment in full for backorder, the latter requires payment when it is ready to ship. Creedmoor did notify me a few weeks back that Lapua had a price increase and no existing backorders would be price protected.
