It took me a few months to acquire both.
The Lapua Brass I have will be coming around again in the next 30 to 60 days. The dies are available most places right now.
Scheels, Grafs, Brownells in the last 2 weeks, if you are not picky about the maker!

For the Lapua brass, I'd suggest getting in a backorder where you can and then keeping an eye on others who don't take backorders.

For dies, they're not too hard to find right now.
