Yes, I've seen that too. I think either will work as long as they are 3.850" long.

They do. Ran 300wm from AI 3.850" stamped 338LM 2 years ago at the ELR match in Wyoming. Heck, I took the same mags and fed 7 SAUM in the Long action. They all work, especially if you're willing to modify a little
