Would they fit AI style mags or would they not be wide enough you think?

If they fit SR25/MK11 mags, they'll fit AICS SA mags. An AICS SA mag is maybe .050" longer and the same thickness as a KAC mag.
If you want a pouch to fit an AICS LA mag you'll just have to pony up for one purpose-made.
