Not sure where you are in PA, but McFly outdoors in Horner WV has a 338 BA tactical that they claimed had only 20 rounds down it on the shelf. Looked new at a quick glance. Story goes that the original buyer shot 1 box of ammo and brought it back and traded for a .308 because it was just too much gun for them.
