I am new to this site. Can you please explain to me what these certs are? I mean how does someone get ahold of one of these certs. Is it like an employee discount?

A lot of people will win them at a match, I’ve used a manners and a 100% thunderbeast arms cert that I’ve bought from individuals on this site.

Businesses associated with the shooting industry donate gift certificates that are awarded as door prizes or event winners at shooting competitions. The certificate can be a certain percentage discount (50% off) or monetary dollar amount ($250 credit) towards purchase of a particular item they manufacture: action, stock, complete rifle, shooting bags, rifle scope, tripod, etc... Certificates are often sold or traded when the seller would rather have cash, they may not have any interest in the product, or he/she is sponsored by a certain manufacturer and the certificate is from a competitor.
