There is mk13 glass on gunbroker if you search mk13. It Id not marked navy spec though. Thoroughbred armament had 3 navy spec 22x recently with rings. Never mounted. Maybe he can get you one. Follow their Instagram for current inventory

I have a Nightforce NXS 3.5-15x50 NAV SPEC, mil dot, .25 moa turrets new old stock in the original box that I have been holding onto but I am getting ready to let it go. It has never had rings or been mounted.
