WTB Scope and mount as package deal

If possible i would like to buy the following scope mount

Knight's armament scope mount P/N 24755

and the scope

Leupold Mark 4 LR/T M2 3.5-10x40mm Illum TMR Brown (62150)

i am wondering if someone or some company has these new as a package combo or deal? Also if you do sell as a package deal do you offer any military discounts? my purchase time for these parts is within 7 days so any one with some information would be grateful.
