I have one from a Vortex PST Gen2 5-25x50mm objective. It is of course black and maybe Vortex can tell you if the threads are the same.

I bought a used gen 1 razor that didnt have it with it, called vortex and they sent me one. I'd say give them a call as they said it was covered under the warranty
