Firearms WTB: Whiskey 3 chassis gun

Hi, while I’m new to rifle shooting I’ve become quite addicted. I saw an article about this build and love the look. I’m wanting to find used complete gun without optic in 300win or 300prc. I don’t know enough about the action and barrels to be picky on brand.

I do know I like the look of the Whiskey 3 chassis and while I’d consider folding or not I’d rather have the folder. My limited knowledge of these guns makes me feel like this awesome forum is a great place to look.

So many chassis and so many gens how does one decide?

I prefer the folding whiskey 3s with the metal forend. I think it changed after gen 3 or 4. They’ll sell you a metal forend for an additional fee if you get the polymer one.

I have the gen 6 all polymer and like that alot doesnt get cold or hot like metal but i have a mdt all medal chassis and love it too

Is there a place online that has pics of all of them? Or are there too many to see in one place.

Guess I wonder is it just two of each gen? For example is it gen one folder and none. Gen 2 folder and not? Or are there more per gen

When i bought mine i believe i had the option for folder or none folder
