Night Vision WTK ARMASIGHT CO-Mini GEN 3+ Alpha

Re: WTK ARMASIGHT CO-Mini GEN 3+ Alpha

I like that remote On/off feature . Nice small & light weight with 12 deg. FOV also . & Good Price .
Really looks like they put some design & market thought into an Obj. Clip-on that is small & compact .

would also like to hear feedback if anyone has some eye-time with or owns one .

Jay and I have been demoing the 3p with mg. It's been a pretty impressive little unit. Good up to 12x on my LMT/Schmidt combo.

With much resemblance to other AR15.com bullshit that you have grown to love . The Product Beating goes on & then you find a Harmony with the Man Love for TNVC & the soon to come Mini-Wasp clip-on .

Please Give it a Fair user BEATING & then give some wanted results .
.
<span style="font-weight: bold">edit to add:</span>
What IR unit have you been using with unit on the evaluation with the S&B ?
.

There is a guy on Arfcom that bought one and I was real close to buying one too but I sent him
An IM asking how he liked it. He had never fired it and hadn't tested the RTZ at the time but was suppose to shoot it soon. I have him a month before I sent two more IMs asking how it performed. I never heard back from him...

I think I am going to buy a ATN PS40 early next year, I have talked with enough people to feel confident about the working. I just can't find much on the Armasight.

Hey Chris -

What distance were you able to see out to with it at 12x mag.

Can you give some more information about whetherr you tested the ABC with IR and how the unit performs without IR on moonless nights with its itsy-bitsy front objective.

Do you plan on putting out a review with video and photos?

Thx,

BB

For anyone curious as to what the sight picture might be with one of these in front of your day scope why not add a PVS14 in front. I did not say use the PVS14 in front for actual shooting just in front to get an idea of what the Co Mini might provide. PVS14 has a 40 degree field of view and the mini was stated to be 12 degrees, so even a narrower field before magnification.

It generally doesn't really work that way though, as the 14 is designed to be looked through directly, as opposed to being used in conjunction with an optic.
Think about it in reverse; to see what the pvs looks like, just look through a clip on. Doesn't jive.
