Got a brand new Razor that I had plans for but went another way. Got this one new in the box. I cut the seal, checked it out, fit the cat tail on it and then placed back in the box. It has never been mounted. I can take more detailed pics if you need them...but it looks like every other Razor that has not been mounted.
