I just recently got one and had an issue with good old usps delivering it. I was concerned it may be damaged. Eotech basically said "send it here, you will not be charged and we will make sure it's perfect or send you a new one" . (And they know I'm not the original owner)

Pretty impressive! Has really good glass too!
