Used but in great shape. Most significant mark on it is shown in the picture below (light scuff on the sunshade). Comes in original box with lens covers. Scope was wrapped in vet wrap so you can see a very faint grid pattern on the housing that comes off with alcohol.
The residue is now cleaned off.
