Up for sale is an official colt m4 upper that was made NJ legal. Possible other shitty states as well. Basically the brake has been pinned on and the bayonet lugged has been taken off. The work was done by a local gunsmith in NJ. Kac rails, rail covers and vert grip. Socom barrel profile and surefire muzzle brake. Semi auto BCG. The marks on the barrel are from sitting the safe. 650 shipped
