Primary Arms SLx Advanced Push Button Microdot Red Dot Sight along with a 1/3 height primary arms mount.

Have owned this for about 18 months. Been sitting on my 556 AR pistol maybe seen 400rds of use. Zero issues. Comes with the red dot, mount and original box.
