SOLD WTS: Remington 700 5R 308 Win Rifle Right hand

I purchased this a few years ago hoping to get one of my sons to shoot with and it never transpired. I’m left handed so I do not need this rifle. It is a Remington 5R Tactical Rifling 1:11.25 twist, 308 win caliber , 24” barrel. I had a muzzle brake installed, bolt handle converted see pic. , 20 MOA rail installed and a magazine housing installed. Comes with a 10 round and 20 round magazine. If the state does not permit to ship the magazine it will not be included. Needs to be shipped to a FFL dealer. Price $1,100 this will include up to $50.00 coverage for shipping most likely federal express. Anything above is to buyer including any fees for payment if applied.
It was not shot more than 500 rounds, I cannot find my round count sheet .

Who did the bottom metal inletting, barrel threading, and bolt knob work? What brand is the bottom metal and rail?

It was done here in miami by awa / all world arms a gunsmith I have used for many years
you can speak to him if you need To, I do not recall who made the magazine housing

Interesting, my son never got into guns, he hunted a little. Sold or gave away all his guns except a NEF 20g of all things. Grandson, 9yo wants to hunt now. So for my son's last birthday I bought him a 22/410 combo to shoot with his kids. Almost a year ago and they still have not shot it. Test failed, 308s stay in my safe...
