Putting my Grendel AR on a diet so I have a great condition Steiner T5Xi 3-15x50 SCR Mil scope for sale. Normal wear, glass is great, not much else to say. Comes with box, sunshade, caps and NF lightweight 1.44-20 MOA mout (don't want to separate at this time)

They're great optics for the $$. The 5-25 got replaced with USO FDN 5-25 and 3-15 got replaced with Vortex LHT 4.5-22 to save 8oz at the loss of FOV, but I may add a red dot to compensate

Most likely moving Vortex LHT 4.5-22 from my 6.5 PRC. It’s about 7oz lighter, but has narrow FOV or Vortex AMG. Possibly adding a red dot, but than you’re back to same weight just with more magnification or USO B-17

Don't have experiance behind the VX5, but I own the 3-15 T5Xi and the 2.5-10 NXS. The T5Xi is significantly optically superior to the NXS. Edge to edge the NXS is probably better, but the Steiner beats it out in almost every other way. The only upgrades I'd consider at the moment are the Steiner Military series or ATACR in the next immediate price brackets. Beyond that you're in ZCO, S&B, Kahles, TT territory.
