It will hold up to 100 rounds of .308 size ammo. It has an internal divider so that you can put the empties back in without mixing them in the loaded ammo. I use mine regularly for matches. It makes for quick mag reloading and is much easier to fit in a pack than ammo boxes or box carriers.
