It came in (8) 1lb cans which I poured into an old 4451 8lb container. Sealed and environmentally controlled.

Definitely, getting caught sending explosive material an improper way or not labelled as such, could result in jail time and hefty fine, on your first offense. It’s not even worth thinking that way guy.

You need a hazmat license to ship. Even though UPS or FedEx.

Dang. I read some conflicting reports. I'd happily pay a hazmat fee for any business there that has a license to ship it to me. Are there any stores in your vicinity that would do that? Sorry to be a bother, just dying for some powder!
