Based on the XLR website they’re lower than the medium rings if I’m measuring correctly, so I’d call them low height, but they don’t list “low” as an option. So I’ll call them “low”.

Mine is a 34 mm 50 mm objective w a little clearance. Might be too close for a 56 mm objective though.
