XLR JV Envy chassis, I used this last year for PRS matches. It has been bedded for a Zermatt Origin, it has the external weights and the Mercury reducer in the buffer tube. There are various scratches and marks but nothing that will affect its function just the appearance. $600 plus shipping or you can pick up in TN Tri-Cities area.
