Optics WTT - Leupold mark 6 3-18x44 for NF ATACR 4-16x42

As titles states I have a brand new condition Mark 6 in Mil with a H59 reticle. Sitting in a brand new Geissele 34MM mount in black. I'm looking to trade the scope and mount for a NF ATACR 4-16x42 with a Tremor 3 or Mil-XT reticle only.
