a buddy has a WWII RR 1911, still in the original box and green wax paper, never issued, that i want to try and snag from him.

what would be a fair value?

i know pics tell the story, and i have seen it a few times. it had never been out of the box and paper. only the green wax paper has been torn a bit so you can see it.

I recently sold 2 very nice ones that were not in boxes. 1500 ea. in box should be 2-2500 I think.
