XLR Chassis Question

So I'm finally gonna be ordering the XLR Element Chassis I've had my eye on for awhile now... However, I'm also gonna have to pick up a new torque wrench as I can't find my old one. So I don't make a worthless purchase, can someone tell me what the correct pound inches needed for the XLR?

You can torque the action screws to 65 in-lbs.
