I think they are a 10-32.
Might be worth a call to XLR to be sure.
Also if you are attempting to attach a Arca Swiss/RRS plate, Henderson Precision has an awesome offering that I am sure will hold up better than soft chinese aluminium. I attached the link if you are curious.

I plan on getting an arca mount from Henderson, and I think Sawtooth also makes them, but the reason I am asking is to make my own magneto speed attachment.
