Hey folks, I needed to get this message posted on here because this dude and his company absolutely have to be recognized. Those of you who have received product from Kyle Miller’s company - XLR Industries - know what I am typing about. Kyle Miller has customer service skills that far surpass even the best customer service reps…bats can see how awesome this guy is! So, to make a long story short, I received one of Kyle’s Evolution chassis for my new Savage 10fcp-k. I had to make an adjustment to it and when I went to take the action bolts out, I ended up taking the pistol grip’s bolt out which happens to be rather long and is screwed in at an angle (which I found out the hard way in a short matter of time). I simply wasn’t paying attention as this bolt did not even need to come out. “No biggie!” I figure, “I’ll just screw it right back in…” Well, the hole for this bolt was at an angle, and not straight down. How did I find out? By pushing and screwing the bolt straight down into the chassis. Suffice to say, I marred the crap out of this beautiful thing and the pistol grip would not go back on. What does Kyle have to say about this, “No big deal, send it back, I’ll fix it for you…” Again, to shorten the story, Kyle fixed the issue, and sent me back a picture perfect rifle sitting an XLR Evolution Chassis (he even paid the extra shipping from his business back to me when I offered to pay for it).
Words will not do this man and the way he conducts his business justice. Kyle’s patience, dedication, and loyalty to his customers cannot be matched. I do not even have to mention how high a quality his product is. A man this dedicated to his customers knows how good his product is but, to shamelessly plug his chassis’…they are supreme. The chassis offer great ergonomics, solid construction, and ease of adjustments. I will definitely be purchasing from XLR Industries in the future. I will definitely be referring every beating heart that gets behind a rifle I know to XLR Industries!
