Gunsmithing Xmark pro replacement trigger spring

anybody here use the ernie the gunsmith replacement trigger spring for the rem. x mark pro trigger? how do they work? can you really get your trigger down to 3lbs or so safely?

Yep, they work. Easy to install and adjust. Hard to lose for the $7 or whatever he charges.
