Having trouble on another forum with Savageseven goods were shipped but never arrived refuses to give a refund and he did not ensure the package to begin with

Fix what ? I shipped the man his product and sent pics of the box and tracking number. I can’t control the issue that the post office lost his package. He never paid for extra insurance on it. So it’s not my problem that he can’t collect the insurance money.
