That's common practice for people in the corporate world or just about any place of employment that doesn't have a platoon of Marines or a SEAL detachment working for them.

Tactics like this take into account that people will be at a soft target and unarmed.

Let's stop taking into account that people will be a soft target and unarmed and start allowing and encouraging people in the corporate world and in schools to defend themselves with the same force they are being confronted with.

Maybe we should have mandatory seal training.
