Well yoga is very useful exercise. It keeps maintain
your body loosing weight reduces stress. Yoga is a
very helpful, to health you will find that your sleep
will better and that you may even need less time to
sleep as your rejuvenation level.If you daily do yoga
for one hour, so you will feel better.

Of course yoga is more beneficial for the health and fitness.
It improve both physical and mental health and prevent from various diseases specially heart problems, blood pressure, diabetes and stomach problems.
It also recommended exercise in case of depression, stress, and anxiety.

Yoga is the most effective exercise in order to have great fitness and health. Yoga has many advantages like it brings flexibility to your body and makes your bones strong and health. It increases the communication between cells and body and can increases the process of healing cells. A daily exercise of yoga can keep you active and fresh for whole day.

I run a good bit and have just started pursuing Yin yoga to assist with my flexibility. I have no doubt that this will help me.
