Dremel job on the TG for the jewell clearance and rear guard screw being way to short make me think there was some bubba smithing on that stick after the fact.

IDIOT!!!! I think you hit it on the head there! I know hardly shit, but even I could read through that bull-shit. But on the other hand, I haven't gotten a rifle put together yet. Maybe this would be good first one. You know, make that first big mistake to learn from. Anyone want to lone a guy some money for their first "custom sniper rifle"?

He has 123 feedback's on GB.com, I doubt he overpaid. He's probably very good at writing ads that occasionally sucker some newbie into over paying. A guy doesn't buy and sell 123 items and not have some idea on the real value of that gun.

He sold a stock S&W M&P AR and also took about 100 pictures of it. I guess you couldn't complain that you didn't know what you were getting.

Sorry, but even if that action had a GAP job done to it, there is nothin there that would make me think that whole setup exceeds 2k, scope included. And is that a factory remington tupperware stock? I think its great that he has all that detail in explaining the rifle pictorally, but does he have any documentation on the rifle itself? Hell, anyone can do an engraving. That could have been trued-lapped-custom fitted by "Joe Shit-the-Ragman" bargain barn of gunsmithing for all we know.

Wow, I'm embarressed for this guy.

He's from WI not an hour and a half from my shop, first I've heard of him, dosen't help that he shares a name with Real gun builders.

His work looks piss poor, I especially like the sako instal where he never filled/bushed the bolt face to remove the remy extractor slot.
