Sydney Sweeney agrees, otherwise why would she have the same initials? In all seriousness this thing is an absolute blast.

I don’t think Lee Sporting does?I believe they also do the Stribog.
Looks like AS is working on them. https://activesafetydesigns.com/stribog/I don’t think Lee Sporting does?
Nice. No Stribog here or I’d try to get one out for review.Looks like AS is working on them. https://activesafetydesigns.com/stribog/
This angers me (not you, but your state). We are saddled with this "common use" test, which was not a test at all but just an observation by the Supreme Court in Miller, and basically the current use of that test means that there is a government argument that sounds like this:I want one but this state has banned binary triggers. I know this is not a binary but I don't want to be the test case.

We banned it, so we can ban it.
In more detail, it is, because it is banned, it is not in common use for lawful purposes. See how that works?
The government can ban any new technology and then it is never in common use and can be banned. Is that how constitutional rights are supposed to work?
Check out the Lee Sporting with the Warhammer trigger. The cyclic rate is insane with a MP5K. But some people don't like the look of the AR style lower. Some guy was shooting one last week at the range I go to. I should have gone over and talked to him. I was told he was going to be selling them at a gun show, I assume it's the one in Bryan, TX this coming weekend.
I'm trying to figure out which one I want, any recommendations? I want the best one made, not necessarily the cheapest.
That’s the one I’m leaning towards.Check out the Lee Sporting with the Warhammer trigger. The cyclic rate is insane with a MP5K. But some people don't like the look of the AR style lower.
I’ve only got hundreds on my lower (when it was in), but saw no unusual wear. Plenty of guys out there with thousands of rounds on them. For AR platforms, how long will the lower receiver last with the safety rocking back and forth with every round that goes off?

As of today, binary trigger ban in Minnesota is dead. Yee Haw!

"But make no mistake, during the late hours of May 19, 2024, lawmaking did not 'occur within the framework of the constitution,'" Castro said. "This Court respectfully suggests that if there has ever been bill without common theme and where 'all bounds of reason and restraint seem to have been abandoned,' this is it; and if there has ever been time for the 'draconian result of invalidating the entire law,' that time is now. "

Ellison's office said in a statement that the state is "exploring its options to protect Minnesotans from binary trigger devices, which can dramatically increase the rate of fire and lethality of many firearms" and said it intends to appeal the ruling.
I only have the Lee lower, but it’s nice. More of a matte finish on it but no rough edges or anything.I went the MAC5 route, they were on sale at Atlantic a few months back. Had to send it back to the importer as it wouldnt chamber at all. Month later came back, they replaced a bunch of stuff and spray painted it. I cleaned it and half if it wiped off. So I refinished the whole thing. Then A3 sent me the wrong brace end and took a month going back and fourth dealing with them, still dont have it so shelved that idea for now. THEN I had also ordered the Leapers monolithic rail from "DACK Outdoors" (dont ever do that)... 40 some days later and after filing with the BBB and making a youtube vid about them they sent it to me.
Plans were to get a lower, Lee Sporting or AS.... After the nightmare with everything above I put it in the safe for a few weeks and forgot about it.
Deciding between the AS Design and Lee lower.... Anyone have experience with the both? Big difference? Pros and cons of each? Which one is finished nicer? If I buy something and comes machined with rough sharp edges, tooling marks i flip sh*t. I have not seen close enough pics to know what they are selling. Obviously the website and sale pics are flawless. But i've bought so much stuff that looks amazing online, then you get it and its a quick whipped out part.
Full send dude.Ive got a AP5-P that I've been thinking about getting the Lee sporting lower for. Colorado has forced my hand and made all the "fun" guns a priority before 8-1-2026. I didn't think I'd fall in love with the MP5 platform but I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
