anyone used one of these yet? probably going to get one when one of my scopes sells. for my uses a 1" tube is acceptable. using 30s now,but can live with less adjustment. the small objective is my only picky point. like to have 3mm exit at top end but it is the way it is. my main question is the rapid Z which was rather criticized here on the hd5 announcement thread. i know it's not "tactical",but, have any zeiss users found it to be useful or the opposite? just as aiming points a various ranges. and is this reticle easily visible in lower light conditions? lighter 1" tube weight is a plus. my guns must serve as paper and hunting guns so weight can be an issue on a HB piece. thanks for any reports on the scope and/or reticle.

Re: zeiss hd-5 and rapid Z reticle

I might get one soon and post a review I will let you know. Im a huge fan of the old Conquest line and with the new 5x I cant wait to get my hands on. Like SPR1 said its a hunting scope. No cranking turrets or huge adjustment range.
