I’ve got a Foundation Centurion with the integrated Anschutz rail.
I recently picked up a tripod with an RRS leveling base which uses an ARCA clamp to attach to rifles, rails, optics, whatever.
The Centurion has a rather wide forend on it which allows the rifle to be more stable while shooting from a bag.
So, adding a full length ARCA would diminish the returns on the wide forend.
Is there a company out there that makes QD hardware to easily add or remove the ARCA rail from the Anschutz rail?
I don’t know if this is possible to the limited amount of clearance from rail to rail but figured I would ask.

I can't believe how bad this attack or new system as a result of the attacks or whatever is going on, really is. If this keeps up much longer, they are going to effectively "win" , because people are going to stop trying to use the site.

I'm so ignorant to tech and web stuff, that I can't even type out what I want to say about it, but it seems like there would be a way to address this without the site constantly being unusable. I can't imagine the frustration Frank must be dealing with, knowing how frustrating it is just trying to use the site. I thought it would get better at some point, but it just hasn't. I sure hope some smart tech person can "fix" this mess and soon. This is such a great place for guys like us. I can't believe this b.s. "DDOS attack" ( ? ) is working so well.

Like most good people, I got bit by the dumb idea fairy. I’d like to build a 20mm cannon, but I have no idea where to shoot the thing, especially being near Chicago. Any recommendations besides aurora sportsman’s club? Nice place, but pricey for how much I’m realistically able to shoot.

Hi guys - I mentioned in another thread that I'm going to have Altus do a barreled action for me. Barrel is a Bartlein MOD400BB in .264 with 8:7.5 slight gain twist. Its on order and will be probably another 5-6 months so I have time to collect the rest of the parts.

In talking to Altus, I was going to just go with a Deviant but they suggested looking at the Rukus as its the same action but done on their newer machines so they can hold tolerances tight enough for pre-fits.

Looking at Defiance's site, it does appear that these are really identical actions with few exceptions like can't get 3 position safety on the Rukus which is not an issue to me.

Am I missing something here? Are there any other differences that any of you with experience with both have discovered.

Also, the Rukus is less money and I assume that's because of less manual set up by doing it all/most on one machine (they mention the bolt) versus the Deviant.

Right now, I'm leaning toward the Rukus and am hard pressed to find a reason why not.

Lightly used MPA Matrix chassis in Altus Emerald Green with competition side rails in same color, as well as internal weight kit and side rail weights. So my employer went full retard and is mandating the vaccine for the small amount of us actually working in the building. The department I am in has a total of 12 people and we are all spread out now. 99% of the desks are empty as most everyone is working from home. A few of us simply can't due to the type of work. The group here has been working since the start of this thing last year. We have mask mandates, partitions, tons of testing and a few cases. They recently opened our local repair counter and require customers to wear masks, but are forcing us to get the vaccine (both doses) by 9/20/21. The email came out yesterday. They gave us a chance for exemptions based on religion or medical. I was curious if anyone else here has had to deal with this and what you might have done.

I am not anti vaccine, but I am not comfortable with this one. I am going to claim religious exemption and I think they cannot ask for any other details. I'm not sure what the legal line is here. I know a private business can mandate, but as far as my individual rights should I claim religious exemption.
