Suppressors SURGEX 7.62 Baffle Question?!

Hey guys I’ve owned a SurgeX 7.62 for about 6 months Now! Love it takes a super sonic 7.62 and makes it hearing safe! Also love the fact I can go from 8 inches to 6. So as you know the surgex has welded baffles on the main tube and the ADAPT module, I noticed that the clips in the main tube line up and the ADAPT module clips line up but when you put them together the ADAPT module is clocked maybe 10 degrees when screwed on. Anyone know if this is correct? I can’t find anything on the internet. 1 picture of a cut away did show the baffles on the ADAPT being clocked some from the main tube. If anyone has one will you take a look down it lol thanks in advance, and yes I called surge they said it (sounds right) but he didn’t say for certain!

Diagnosing Case Separation and Bolt Lug Wear on 6 ARC Rifle

Hey all,
I’m pretty new to building rifles, so I might not have the right vocabulary to fully describe or diagnose everything here, but I’m hoping to get some input.
I just finished putting together a 6 ARC build and took it out for some initial testing. I’m running a RIFLESPEED gas block (set to 6) and shooting suppressed with an OCL Polonium.
I ran into a couple of issues right off the bat. First was a double feed—I'm pretty sure that one's on the mag.
The bigger issue came around the sixth round. When the range went cold, as I cleared the round in the chamber, the case separated and dumped powder all over the inside of the action, but the bullet stayed stuck in the barrel. Worth noting: I had just cleaned the barrel a few rounds before this happened.
I have some video and photos showing the chamber and the round, where you can see rifling marks indicating where the round is contacting the rifling. I’ll attach those for reference.
I’m trying to figure out if this is a gas issue or something else. Does the RIFLESPEED block only restrict gas, or does it also vent some off? I’m wondering if too much gas or pressure is being pushed back into the chamber and causing issues like this. I’m also looking into whether the throat on the barrel is too short—planning to contact the barrel manufacturer about that.
Ejection looked pretty normal—good pattern, not excessive—but when I tore it down afterward, I saw some noticeable wear on two bolt lugs (one above and one below the extractor). That wear has me thinking the timing might be off.
I've attached a couple pics of the bolt lugs as well.
Any ideas or similar experiences? Would appreciate any input.

The Athlon Rangecraft Velocity PRO Radar Chronograph are in stock. After 6 months of pre-orders, back orders and delays we finally have inventory ready to ship. Please call us, 516-217-1000, for special pricing.
New for 2025, Athlon makes ballistic calculations easy with the Rangecraft Velocity Pro Radar Chronograph. It picks up the projectiles via Doppler radar, thus eliminating the need to mount the Rangecraft Velocity Pro to the weapon. This means it won’t affect your zeroing or barrel harmonics, so your accuracy remains the same. Since the unit isn’t triggered by a muzzle blast, it can pick up on projectiles from firearms with suppressors, muzzle breaks, compensators, and other muzzle devices. The Rangecraft Velocity Pro can measure projectile velocity between 65 fps and 5000 fps, allowing users to measure the velocity of a massive assortment of projectiles.

CMMG Radial Delayed 9 mm - First trips

I have always wanted a 9 mm upper or 9 mm subgun for range plinking. I was never the biggest fan of straight blowback uppers for multiple reasons, most namely they are loud, and they tend to have a higher recoil impulse than locked breech systems. I also didn't want to deal with a mag well adapter or dedicated lower.

Anyways Midway had a sale on CMMG radial delayed uppers several months ago, and I picked up a 5" complete Banshee upper. I finally got around to shooting it.

In short, it runs great. Digested 115 and 147 hr loads without issue. The CMMG magazine that goes in a standard AR magwell worked without a hitch, and the BHO worked too. It suppressed reasonably well with a Primal 46.

I used it on a standard AR lower with a Geiselle SD3G trigger and standard carbine buffer. There were no trigger issues either.

I didn't shoot it enough to conclusively establish it's reliability but so far it has been off to a solid start.

What do you want in a WMRF?

I’m working with a guy who is trying to potentially bring a WMRF to market. Price point goal would be around $1000 or so, so obviously the idea is to have what’s needed without extra fluff to add cost. I was thinking a 2K laser (no one is really shooting past that anyway, and if you are, step up to the Vortex), wired remote with a 90* plug, and the possibility of a small second screen that could be mounted on the rifle itself similar to a dope card, so you could stay on glass while ranging. What are you guys looking for in a more budget package?
