Video of bullets at distance

Does anyone have a source on viewing LR bullets at distance just before they hit the target? I searched all over youtube with no luck, plenty of videos with bullets leaving the barrel, shooting watermelons etc. But nothing from profile (side) view on LR bullets at distance - say 500/1000 yards.

What i'm looking for is:
1. The angle of the projectile
2. Specifically what stuff like polymer tips look like and if the factory claims are true.
3. Would love to see it on FLIR to pick up the heat signature as well.

Anyone have a resource like this? As i said, i searched all of YT and unless i'm not using the right terms... no can findo.

Question about trimming

I’m loading some 6 Dasher, 3rd reloads, Alpha brass. My question, and this goes for every round really, but should you trim. My brass is well within spec, however they vary individually by 20-30 thousandths in length. Is it worth trimming? Same general question for 6.5 Creedmoor. I’ll have cases ranging between 1.910 and 1.920, usually around 1.915-1.917, is it worth trimming them or only if they are out of spec.

This is for long range PRS and NRL shooting.

Suppressors Abel Theorem S (braked) vs TBAC Magnus RR-K vs Maverick (short)

Ok, I finally got to go shoot these things side by side more thoroughly.

Let me preface that all these cans are bought with my money. I have no connection to either 3 companies. I'm a can whore and I like to collect them all.

First: They are all great cans! You honestly would be hard pressed to go wrong purchasing any of these products. Obviously the Abel is newer and the Maverick is older. I anticipate as many more shooters shoot braked suppressors, the industry will respond with better performing products in the years to come. I am looking forward to it.

I have ran the Maverick for many PRS seasons (4-5?) and consider it a gold standard for braked support performance in the current LR shooting sports. No, it does not make things quiet. But it does make things manageable and pleasant to the shooter. Getting blasted by a brake for 2 days sucks.

I enjoy the Magnus. However, I find it way more effective on larger caliber (aka magnum) rounds than 6 mm, 25, 6.5, etc... It just does not do it for me in terms of reading a target after the shot. Is it impossible? No. Is it shooter error? Maybe. I am pretty comfortable behind a rifle. With that said, I'm sure there are BETTER shooters out there that are evaluating the very same thing.

Last, the Abel. I honestly wasn't going into it thinking I was going to be impressed. In my head, I thought "oh, another TBAC-like can." I was wrong. The Theorem S-braked is stellar! Like, it works...

I shot a 13 lbs rifle in 6.5 (my PRS Sportsman setup) and the braked performance AND suppression were quite pleasant. I wanted to shoot a lighter rifle as I know shooting my standard Open configuration (22 lbs) wouldn't really show the performance/weakness to me. Having shot the Maverick for so long, the braked Theorem S really surprised me. I will continue to use this through the remainder of the matches this season and, potentially, into the PRS Finale.

All shots were either in modified prone or off a standing barricade with no rear support (tripod).

Take it for what it's worth, this was just an in-my-pants-feeling review. ;-)

The Blaser R93 is a straight-pull action precision rifle offered in a multitude of calibers and barrel lengths manufactured by the German firearms manufacturer Blaser. Designed by Blasers' designer Mr. Meinhard Zeh in 1993, it had a number of features rare on modern hunting rifles, including a manual cocking system and a proprietary Blaser saddle scope mount[ for mounting the optic directly to the quick-change barrel.
The Blaser R93 is a truly modular system built around an aluminum alloy frame, offering differing stocks and barrels varying length and thickness available in chamberings from .22 LR to .375 H&H Magnum/.416 Remington Magnum/.458 Winchester Magnum size.
The barrel has a quick-change design which lets the user switch barrels using two screws and a hex key. Different bolt heads for different groups of calibers and magazine inserts are also user changeable, making the Blaser R93 a modular firearm capable of using a multitude of calibers in its chassis.
The rifle has a shorter overall length compared to more traditional designs due to the trigger being placed under the magazine. The rifle also has a reputation for being easy to disassemble and reassemble which can be an advantage when doing maintenance or during travelling, and has a reputation for having a repeatable zero upon reassembly. The Blaser R93 Tactical is a German bolt action sniper rifle, based on the Blaser R93 design. It has as variants the Blaser LRS 2 and Tactical 2. It is used by German and Dutch police forces as well as the Australian military and special police units. The rifles were manufactured by the German firearms manufacturer Blaser.
