Steiner T6XI 5-30x56 Question

Hello gents,
I have a Steiner T6XI 5-30x56 and accidentally over tightened the battery cap. I was able to get it off but had to back it out and apply force to it in reverse against the knob limits.

The knob still operates and changes the illumination, but since I have OCD from the Marines I am now concerned that the knob has too much play or looseness in it and I cannot remember what the knob felt like before when turning it to change the Illumination settings.

If anyone out there has a Steiner T6XI 5-30x56, or other magnification power, would you mind checking how smoothly the illumination knob rotates around. I do not have definitive clicks and the knob rotates quite smoothly. I can feel when the knob engages on the different settings, but I am just not sure if it is supposed to be more firm on the knob when you twist it around.

Maybe I will try and post a video of it if I can figure that out. But it is more a question of if the knob rotates smoothly on everyone's scope as well. On a Meopta I have there are solid clicks almost when changing the illumination, but totally different brand so cannot compare that.

Thanks much appreciated.

And another one.

These murderous, horrific black on white attacks are becoming a near daily occurance.

If it were the opposite, the Left and it media would be howling.

Whites are going to have to take on the mindset of the Israelis when they are out in public; always be armed and never turn your back on these savages.

How long before the Leftist trash buy this animal an Escalade?

Hahahahahahahahah- fucking perfect!

They went on strike cause they wanted more pay, while they were striking ticket quotas fell- revenue fell- and now they are being fined for not bringing in enough revenue.

And now they admit that they are just revenue generators. How many times does that chief say “ they are punishing us for not writing enough tickets “

It glorious to see two groups that ya hate eat each other in this case Dems and pigs .

Snow beaners are truly idiots…

Present company excepted… because you guys are the exceptions to the rule otherwise you would not be here….

But massive early voting in Canuckistan… and everyone is lining up to vote for the liberal socialist commies who will “stand up to Trump” as if Canada (with an economy smaller than NY City and an army smaller than NYPD) can stand up to anything.

Instead of voting for a conservative who will restore their rights… secure THEIR borders, cut their taxes, exploit THEIR energy… and also work the the U.S. to create free trade on equal terms that will help bring a business Renaissance back to North America, instead of letting the ChiFascists have it all?

Orange Man Bad… so Canuckistanian brainwashed sheep will vote away their right s and freedoms, because some commie blohard snowbeaner is going to claim “I will stand up to Trump?”

An hahahahhahaha… 50 years progressive education and migration and CBC propaganda and leftist policies have take One of the great Western powers (that punched way above its weight for a country that, then, had just 20 million people or so) and turned it into a nation of bleating socialist sheep.

Baaaas baaaasa. Truckers bad. Orange man bad. Cuba good…. Baaaaa.

What a bunch of disarmed morons. They will vote themselves into third told status and think they are heroes for standing up to the one administration that can actual help Make Canada Relevant Again. (Never were “that” Great. But at least they can have back some delusions of global relevance and not get arrrested for posting memes… which is coming next, hosers.)

So go vote properly Took-sporting hockey beavers. Save yourself from decades more oppression. Because no one is coming to save you, either. We want your land and your minerals… but we got too many socialists already. No 51st state for you!!

Your future is in your hands!

Swarovski ATX vs Hensoldt Spotter

Hey guys,

I am looking for a rugged spotter with reticle. Buy once cry once.
I narrowed it down to those two.

Has anyone compared both and could let me know about it?

Particularly interested in differences between the Swaro 65 vs 80, the ruggedness goes to Hensoldt including the reticle.

My main problem is the Hensoldt is not available over here in germany anymore. Couldnt find any at least. Not even used. Now i am thinking about getting a used one from the hide, sometimes they pop up here and there. Is there any ITAR regulation which could cause problems?

In need for an alternative, i ended up with the idea of a Swaro spotter....

The glass quality with swarovski seems to be extraordinary. As mentioned above, maybe there is a recommendation between the Swaro 65/80 aswell. Reticle is well...not optimal to say at least.

Spotter will be used for shooting up to 2000m. Main use between 400-1600m.

I had a look at all threads available on the hide, maybe there are some more insights to gain.

Best regards

Daniel
